Anointing of the sick if still has this old misconception term of last rite, maybe you are asking for the continuous rite which includes: confession, anointing, communion, commendation for the person’s soul to God. Again, it is good to have the priest come and visit the sick when the person can still talk. And the family who has knowledge of the Catholic Faith may re orient the person what the Sacrament of Anointing for, Sacrament of Confession for, Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.
