About
With inspiration from St Joseph, the earthly protector of the Holy Family and patron saint of families, the Marriage Logistics and Rehearsal Ministry (MLRM) aspires to support its Priests and facilitate the celebration of the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony at St. Louis Catholic Church. The Ministry provides support by engaging the prospective bride and groom to identify key participants and elements of the upcoming celebration, while also providing necessary ceremony guidance to the couple. The Ministry then either leads or assists with the rehearsal prior to the wedding day. Finally, the Ministry prepares the sanctuary with all necessary items for the celebration and then provides support during the celebration.
The Marriage Logistics and Rehearsal Ministry’s (MLRM) vision is to continue supporting and facilitating, as our Lord Jesus Christ did at the Wedding at Cana, so that the couples we assist feel that they have been blessed with a truly precious wedding gift, a holy and memorable wedding day celebration.
Next Marriage Retreat is February 14-16, 2025
What better Valentine’s Day gift to give or receive from your spouse than a weekend spending quality time alone together, as well as enjoying fellowship, prayer, and fun with other married couples?
This wonderful weekend begins at 5:00 pm on Friday, February 14, 2025, in the beautiful surroundings of the Texas hill country at Mo Ranch in Hunt, TX and ends at noon Sunday, February 16, 2025.
The total cost for the retreat is $375 per couple which includes a private room and bath, all meals, and an unforgettable weekend! A $200 deposit will reserve your place. Reservations will be limited so please contact us soon as possible while spaces are still available.
Through God’s grace and the Holy Spirit, we pray that each participant couple will leave the retreat with a renewed commitment to each other and to God.
